Siddharta Insurance held its first annual general meeting this week. Issuing a statement, the company that began operation around 8 months ago stated it earned of profit of rs 301.000 in the three months of its service during the last fiscal year. Its premium collection amounted to rs 8.09 million during the period. The company has an authorized capital of rs 270 million. The company has been providing insurance services through its Biratnagar, Birgunj and Bhairahawa branches.
